Sony- Not happy with PSP sales
May 19th
We’ll all happily admit that, as great as it is, the PSP is losing the hype that it used to boast to the new consoles such as the PS3 and xBox 360. Now on its 4th model, many will agree that this portable console has had its time at the top.
Speaking a few days ago, Bill Glaser of Sony commented on the sales of the PSP:
”PSP was a little bit of a disappointment to us last year.”
“[...] We’re always looking into future platforms as well. Very premature to talk about future platforms, but R&D (Research+Devlopemtn) is continuing”.
Maybe we will see a fifth transformation of the PSP to come over the course of the next year or so, as Sony try and keep the console that this site is dedicated to alive.
The PSP: Is 4 Transformations Too Much?
The iPad: Worth The Hype?

They’ve revolutionised the MP3 Player. They’ve revolutionised the laptop. Have Apple revolutionised the graphics tablet computer iPod iPad?
The iPad , in my opinion, is no better than 4 iPod Touches taped together. The iPod Touch bundle would boast more functions.

New PSP Savedata Exploit Found
Feb 9th
That’s right! Over at QJ.net, word is out that a team of PSP modders have discovered a new savedata for the console. It is reported to work on all PSPs, on 6.20 firmware, but this code is currently being kept under wraps, and only shared amongst top developers in the scene.
Will this be yet another exploit found by the modders to conquer the official firmware? Only time will tell.
